I have not been able to access the chat room. I am not computer savvy so I'm sure there's something I'm not doing right. Do I understand that the chat room is open every weekday at   9AM and 9PM? Maybe someone can explain to me what I'm doing wrong. I go to the home page and click on Chat room...it says it will load in the 'white box below' or something like that but I never see anything like that. I downloaded that mIRC or whatever it is but that didn't seem to help either. Would appreciate guidance. Thanks.
