Hello debilyn,

What a heck of a day! In the end, it sounds like your HP took care of things for you and you made some healthy decisions such as making life simple. Wow, that hail is horrible for anyone. Speaking of rock and knowing that somebody wants you, You have been and continue to be a ROCK here for me! And I want you and need you! I am not willing to lick your face though :). I don't know where I would be without your help and support that you have given me since the first day I came to this message board. I only wish I could still have access to all those messages so I could re-read them all. The first 3/4 of my time here in the beginning is quite a blurr to me. Crisis after Crisis for me,,,and a very unhealthy me too! Thanks for being my Rock. Things will be okay for you, I am positive of it.

As far as the car horn thing. After we went bankrupt 10 years ago when I first became ill, my dad had to co-sign a loan for a car for us and he bought $600.00 one for a second car for us. WEll, the old 2 door Volare has made some memories for us that are so funny. That was the $600.00 car that my aunt had as the first and only owner. The horn on that car would go off whenever it made it's mind up to no matter what we did to repair it. Well, my son got to drive it to school in High School and when ever the horn would go off,,people would say...oh, That's just Loren's car LOLOL. I don't know how my son ever gained any self esteem with a car like that! LOL But his friends probably still laugh about that car.  One time he left the car parked at a friend's house whose family let them drink beer, under age...grrrrr. Of course he didn't tell us that until he was older when kids finally tell you all those stories. The horn went off very early in the morning and the neighbors thought it was the tornado warning! I guess a bunch of neighbors came outside in their bathrobes and the one dad went out and said,,,,oh, that's Lorens car,,,LOLOL. Well,,he had to find someone,,or call here,,,,don't remember,,,,to get someone to unhook some wire. LOL So in my small town,,,people knew that car too! Well, the car is still alive and well living in South Dakota now with a new owner. Just had to share that with you because so many of your stories have brought a smile or laugh to my face too...:)  Even though they are not funny at the time..we at least can laugh at them later.

Hoping all your days go better now! Your friend in recovery, cdb :)

Sounds like you had one heck of a day. I'm glad it worked out for you in the end. Have to say though, even on a bad day, mud yuck! Potters Eden sounds like a wonderful place to be,and the furry residents sound like the best. Have a wonderful Easter.
