"There is in every true woman's heart a heavenly fire which, which lies dormant in the broad daylight of prosperity; but which kindles up, and beams and blazes in the dark hour of adversity." ---Washington Irving
A is leaving me and son (3) and moving to other end of country to 'find' himself (He has not yet found AA) I am at 30 facing life on my own and have had to sell family home and rent a place, am moving out in a few weeks. Life ahead is busy job, sole parenting, separated from A.
This post is inspirational, I have written it out and it will be going on my wall! It is my dark hour and I hope the fire within me will beam and blaze.
Thank you for the lovely words!! I am also a single parent and have my share of difficulties. I have an autistic son, and addict daughter, and a grandson with some heavy issues from living with my daughter(his mom). To think that the gifts of this program would help my "heart to kindle up and beam and blaze during adversity" is truly an undescribable gift. I am finding myself with the help of this program and the people in it. Thanks, bob6502/aka SenoraBob
