I don't go onto msn or yahoo but when i am in chat i will keep my eye out for you. I am always willing to listen, i might not have much to say sometimes but I am a good listener.
I hope that some one will reply to your post and that they would be willing to join you in msn or yahoo.
I am not much of a chat room user, and I don't have either MS or Yahoo IM, I use AOL, but I am always available by email. I check my mail often, so if you ever need to vent in PM or email feel free, I will always answer back.
I do have msn and yahoo but I am pretty new myself and have only begun working my steps as well, I may not be much help to you... but in a crisis if you can reach our chat room between meetings it is a GREAT place to find experience, strength, and hope... Someone is always there to offer help and wisdom on how to start your recovery... I am not always available for chat but when I am I usually rush to the room for one of my many crisises also.. : - ) Terry
I too have chronic health problems. I however am putting my little toes and then feet in slowly. I come to the meetings here and post and reply on the board. I have been learning so much. I have been doing this for about 6 to 9 months now. The first few months when I came here is sort of a blurr. I am getting to know more people from chatting and that is the best way to find someone to be a sponsor or maybe a private message person in the room to talk to. By doing the open chat, meetings and message board I have learned so much so fast. I also have alanon books to read and learn. So for now maybe do what I have been doing or call your face 2 face group and see how that may work out for you. There are handicapped people that do go to the face 2 face groups too and make it work some how. I hope to see you posting again soon. cdb
