SLOGANS

((((((((((((((Guys)))))))))))))))

It has occured to me that, as I use the slogans in my daily life, there is one I am living by more and more...

 biggrin"HOW IMPORTANT IS IT"biggrin

When I am tempted to take another persons Inventory, when someone has done something to me, or made a comment. My past behavours would have been "react, react, react".....weirdface

Now in having this slogan I can "Stop", "think", and "Let It Go"...So what if they don't agree with me, like me, or something I have done.. "What others think of me is none of my business"....wink

To many times we open our mouths, say something cruel or hurtful, and the second it's out, we can NEVER take it back again.

We feel bad, and hate ourselves for saying things....We then have to make amends to that person. And all this causes us stress, when there is no need..

So, Next time the woman in the store, runs over your toes with her cart, and you want to shout ******** Mrs....lol  Just remember, "How Important Is It"..

Makes life so much better for us, and also, we walk about with more smiles than frowns on our faces...smile.

Yours In Recovery

ally, the slogans matter a lot to me, too. They are good devices for me to use.

I need some tools. I never got any when I was growing up. I need help and the tools are so helpful to me. thanks for posting about the slogans. I know that they may sound really corny and dumb but they really do work!!! J.
