interview got cancelled

My interview was cancelled they want me to be available to start work tomorrow.  I guess there is always a catch 22. When I was unemployed I couldn't get a job to save my life. Now I am employed no one wants me to give notice!

I am keeping on keeping on. I sent in the fee for my dog license today. Both dogs are covered now.

I am going to work on getting a doctors appointment. I have so many health issues I do not know where to start. I am also going to keep on applying for jobs. At some point I'll get someting and end this gruelling commute and grind.  I know I will.

Maresie,
I never understood that myself, I thought it would look good to the future employer that I wanted to give notice.

The right job will come along. Keep working on it.

Yours in recovery,
Mandy

I am working on it but I've also given it and stopped postponing my doctors appointment. I have issues up the ying yang. I can't wait anymore.

I am just going to pray.

I am sending out resumes by the gazillon. I took Friday afternoon off to go to the interview. which is half a days salary plus I had to pay for a taxi there (no time to get there by public transit).  Every time I go for an interview it costs in some way.

I am still going but I try to be choosey about where I go.  When I am desperate I will cast a wider circle. Right now I am trying to stay within a reasonable commute.

I also still don't know if my contract here is extended.  If it is I have a little time to think about stuff. I can't see why it is not extended as they have no one to replace me but hey I don't make the rules.
