I had a horrible day. But I did get my butt up and took 2 friends to see a show that my best friend is in. I was supposed to go last weekend but was too depressed to move. I looked great, felt awsome, and the show was hysterical. It was The Musical of Musicals, The Musical. It was a parody of musicals. I swear I haven't laughed so hard in years. I didn't want it to end. When they were doing the Andrew L Weber part I was in hysterics. The one guy came out with a cat mask with the phantom mask over it in the black phantom cape and when he opened it it had the rainbow colors from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. It's this little theather company that I am on the board of directors for. Gosh, it was so very fun. Then we went out after for dessert. I actually spoke to people, looked them in the eye, felt like a normal person. I realized that I can do this if I want to. I can be a grown up, I do have friends, and there is this whole community that I was forced to leave just waiting for me to come home. I can go to the theater on a Sat. night, I can go to the opera, I can get tickets (when I have money) and do the things I enjoy doing. Oh Yes I Can! Feeling up beat for a moment and wanted to share. And let you guys know that you were all there with me tonight, encouraging me to focus on me and what I like and what I need. I hear you all and I feel the prayers. Thanks y'all.
