I took off early yesterday and went out to look at  a few prospects in the area I want to move and I found a really great condo for a great price about 1 minute from the beach!  I am very excited about it and the realtor even said that he might be able to get me in before school starts.  I will hear today!  Everyone cross your fingers for me!
