You know how someone is so unpredictable they are predictable?  Well, I always can tell when my Ex is being coached .. and boy is he being coached .. unfortunately for him .. again .. he tells exactly the amount of truth to cause him more issues. 

He tried to put me in a position of stating something in text that pretty much said I was refusing to let him see the kids .. this is NOT true.  I offered to drive the kids to visitation .. they are not allowed to get in a car with him .. the car is not his, it's not registered to him and I have NO idea if it is insured and NOW that the kids have no health insurance .. does anyone believe that he's going to pick up the bill if something happens?  He hasn't paid his own atty .. why would he pay the kids dr bills?  Especially if he's already citing that I'm custodial parent so it's my problem.  His last accident there was no other car involved it was just him and there was no insurance on the car, and registration was not done on it either. 

So long story short I was clear and I didn't need 45 min to discuss with someone else about what I needed to say .. since I have more than 2 brain cells and I can think for myself.  Nooo .. lol .. I did not say that to him. 

He's threatening ME with contempt of court that I'm impeding his ability to see the kids .. LOL .. nooo I'm not.  It was lunch that's all they agreed to meet for and he even tried to change the times on it after making arrangements with our daughter for times.  He honestly doesn't get it.  You know it is what it is and no he doesn't have to like it .. it's his poop he's sitting in at the moment. 

I also found out how badly he has lied about EVERYTHING .. the whole suspension thing and 90 days .. that was because he was trying NOT to pay child support during that time.  You know he's such a sad man, .. such a sick man. 

He can take me to court over this if he wants to I have no issue with it .. we will also be going to court over MANY other things such as insurance for the kids, let's not get into what he owes in back support as well, we won't go back to court until we go back for the whole amount to be paid in child support. 

I'm so done .. it's ok though because again he refuses to follow the visitation schedule by calling on my weekends to make plans with them and now he's trying to tell them he'll visit with them during the week. 

It causes them great confusion and honestly they don't want to see their dad all of the time and it overwhelms them when he has gone for weeks of no attention to all of a sudden all of this attention. 

Anyway, it's all good and it's all fine.  I'm just sooo grateful for a few tools I have learned while here in the program.  W.A.I.T. (Why Am I Talking), when in doubt don't, I do not have to react unless there is an emergency .. this just doesn't qualify as an emergency. 

It's a beautiful day today and I plan on enjoying it with the kids .. it's just sooo pretty today!!
