My father has been sober for 5 years and just fell off the wagon tonight. He call my house and started some drama with my husband and grandmother, thrn he blames,me.
A meeting or sponsor phone number or phone numbers of others in program in your area would help a lot. It is good you found this board. I learned how to turn over to my HP those alcoholics and addicts I had no power over and then go on with my own healing. Keep coming back. Do you attend Al-Anon Face to Face meetings in your area?
