Been Missing for a While

I've been busy and haven't been on here in a while.  But, a lot has been happening.  I go back to work tomorrow.  I'm going to be getting pictures of my daughter soon.  I think I may have had a miscarriage.  Boyfriend still isn't drinking and his daughter went back to her mother's about a week ago.  I've had a couple of interviews for a second job.

Everything is pretty much self-explanatory except for the possible miscarriage.  I've been on the pill, so I'm not sure.  I started bleeding a week before I was supposed to have my period, but it was really thick and clotty and kept starting and stopping.  And a couple of nights ago, I woke up with horrible, excruciating pain in my abdomen.  John thought I was having a nightmare and went to wake me up, but I told him I was already awake but I was hurting and he got really concerned.  It lasted about 10 minutes, then went to random twinges for a few hours.  So, I'm not sure if it was a miscarriage or not.  If it was, I guess I feel slightly sad but I'm not incredibly upset.  I don't mean to sound heartless or insensitive to people who had devastating miscarriages, but if I lost a baby, I didn't even know that I was pregnant.  I lost something that I didn't even know I had.  I didn't have a chance to get attached to a baby or excited or to make plans or anything.  I feel sad about the loss of a possible life.  I don't know.  Is this a normal way to feel?

Keep an eye on your health so you know whats
really Going on. It could have been something
else. Cyst or something, the pill usually stops
them from growing. Get yourself checked out.

Big hugs, glad about your job and pictures
coming soon.

Thanks. I'm on the pill and I've never had an issue with it failing before. It could just be my body being weird because of stress. I don't have insurance and I can't afford a visit to the doctor.

Hi Lullabye.

It is good to "read" you. I understand about not having insurance. I've been there. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. I hope that the health issues have passed.

I'm excited to hear that you are back at work, and anticipating the baby pictures. Keep strong. Sending you big hugs.
