OFFTOPIC/Maybe Not

Everytime I read this board and everytime i think of my own situation..I wish I was a billionaire. If I was I would establish nice affordable apartments for people leaving their partner because of their alcoholic/addict behavior. There are domestic shelters, homeless shelters etc There are drug/alcohol programs and of course alanon BUT this would be a home for each person/family to restart their lives..there would be alanon meetings nearby and help with for people hooking up with jobs/social service. Especially the women/men who want to leave and just dont have enough cash to get an apartment. They are enomously expensive in Los Angeles and even outlying areas. Even, sharing a decent place with a alanon member would be a good situation. Im leaving with barely enough money to last til i get a job which is also hard for a 58 yr old with vague/outdated skills
