I keep telling myself that no news could possibly be good news and there is one more interview .. which kind of sucks because she was in such a hurry when she interviewed me I didn't feel like I had any time to make a mark so to speak.
Anyway .. sigh .. LOL!
The good news is that I have the kids on the bus at the moment. So at least I won't be driving back and forth tomorrow which will be a good thing and I have things to do today.
Sooooo hitting an Alanon meeting and looking forward to that big time.
Afterwards I plan on shooting some pool which I found out yesterday I can do for free .. still can't find anyone to play with .. LOL .. I think I have scared a few of them .. it's just fun to be out and relax it helps me think.
I have some errands to run when the kids come home and I do need to go to the grocery store for a few things.
Hard to cram so much into a little fridge .. LOL .. so I have had to get creative.
I just so much need to get a job at some point so that will be a good thing. Or just hear back on this one so I can move forward already.

Well good news is interviews aren't done until tomorrow .. I did call however .. LOL .. my concern I didn't want to appear needy or desperate even if I'm the later .. LOL!
I will know for sure tomorrow .. I'm just trying to stay grounded and busy which is hard to do where we are at .. good news the kids are finally on the bus .. I am not the taxi which means I can start on my stuff earlier during the day. I found out I can shoot pool for free 4 days out of the week so in the afternoon when I'm done with my responsible stuff I go and do that for a while .. I can't get anyone to play me at the moment and not for lack of ability. It settles me and helps my thought process stay tight. I won't get to play until next week and here's hoping I have a JOB!!!
Anyway, all good .. my boy finally had a meltdown of all meltdowns and I think it was partially me wanting to fix his day instead of just listening and not adding input so that was a lesson learned and I hope I don't fall off that horse the next go around. He had a lot of disappointment today and was utterly frustrated .. he's missing his friends, the new friend he made may be moving and he's horribly upset over that .. then there is the math teacher issue that I'm waiting to see how that will go moving forward. If he's coming home utterly frustrated in another month I am going to see if they can flip his schedule. I don't want to jump the gun just yet .. after all life lessons say it takes all kinds of personalities and sometimes we just have to do the best we can. I definitely can't do this with him on a daily basis. We went and had a milk shake and I apologized for not just listening as he sounded incredibly frustrated which I reacted to feeling helpless that he was upset. Funny how stuff like that happens and bottom line it really wasn't about me and yet I managed to make it about me .. lol. Not a good parenting move on my part .. it is what it is and he's been happy since we all got home and are hanging out.

I understand the meltdowns. Kids can only handle so much and they explode....just like us....so why should they be any different? Hugs to you, keep us updated. Praying for your job situation right now!
