and I'm highly irritated .. enough to do something stupid which is why I'm sooooo glad I have alanon because if I didn't oi it would be bad.
Turns out I heard from my atty and there is yet another delay to which I'm calling BS on .. thanks to alanon it reminded me to reach out to someone else and gain some perspective which I did do with another divorced single mother and all of a sudden I remembered I had choices which made my brain turn in another direction. Thank you!!
So instead of stewing I'm taking active action. I really do not care how the judge rules I just would like the judge to rule. I have a lot of plans, people to see and places to go.
Before alanon I would have been a wreck for days .. since alanon ohhh I'm a very shrewd woman who knows what she wants and has a plan.
I also have walked my tooties off .. LOL .. I did 5 miles yesterday and another 4 today and cleared my head big time. Look forward to getting more time in. The kids are with my mom and I'm waiting for them to get home so we can do a little more playing in the water to end the evening. I will miss those little boogers. They sure do keep me pointed in the direction of magnetic north when I need it and are my guiding stars.

The court process does seem to be slower than snails - at least it is consistent.....so happy to see you share about using your program tools to get through it all!
I am a huge walker too and it does seem to also help me reset my compass.

There is slow and there is abuse of power .. This is abuse of power. Took 3 years to get divorced which was done last year and again at the beginning of the year. This was suppose to be finished in January. So .. We are in the last month of the year with a J at the beginning of it. It will be finished this month the stories that will be told will scare young for many years to come. I'm done. I am pretty sure the god of my understanding is feeling it to. I'm actually not frustrated I have reached a freaky calm.

You sound like your in a good place with all of this. You've got self assurance about the positive direction you're headed in and are excited at the prospect of fully having your life back without any of these encumberances. I experienced this longggggggggg process too and lots of roadblocks that were created by the other side. I'm glad this is the last month and it will be over for you. You can credit yourself for keeping your life in balance through this. Nice that you took the walk and then another. That's great for clearing the head.
