The Courage to Change reading for today speaks about listening to the" still small voice within" and acting on the guidance we hear. It suggests that many times logic will tell us to act in one way and that small voice would suggest a different path. And by lowly listening and acting on the guidance we have acted with humility and placed trust in HP.

The quote is from Albert Einstein:" The intellect has little to do on the road to discovery.. It comes as a leap in consciousness, call it intuition or what you will, and the solution comes to you and you don't know how or why.".

I must confess that before program I often heard, but disregarded, that still small voice within because I heard the loud voice of my self will screaming at me and  I had not learned to go inward and trust myself.

Thank God for Al-Anon and Al-Anon for the faith to listen to the still small voice within. It does work if I work it.

Very good reminder, Betty. I've noticed I tend to overthink things when I am very tired or stressed, another good reminder to implement self-care. I forget that not everything is not up to my intellect when I try to figure out everything myself. Thanks for sharing.

I agree ntd
Living this program is a complete change in thinking and being . One day at a time, trusting HP and my inner guidance life is an adventure. I do not have to figure it all out. :)
