my hands are cold but I will charge on...

Today is one of those days where my hands won't get warm. Anyhow, I am going to continue to type mistakes or not. So, what I am thinking is that I am so blessed w/ super-great friends who I can call on almost daily. Some people take time out of their busy schedules to talk to me, listen or even give me a ride. I am seriously considering the fact that I am worthy to continue my journey w/ these wonderful people that I don't plan on ever letting go of. I am excited about the possibilities of doing for others & paying it forward as much as I am able. I don't have lots of money but I am blessed to have some extra to give. I have lots of time to spend w/ others & share what I know & some things I don't know that I might actually be wrong about. I am not afraid to be wrong. I can deal w/ that. It is just the know-it-alls  are kind of disturbing to me. It aggravates me when others don't seem to get it. I am trying so hard to make sense & some people won't let me. I don't know how I got on this subject but here I am. I am not complaining just stating facts.

So, I am sorry if I don't make a lot of sense. My hands are still frozen. Go figure it is a cold day!

Kathleen

As a former know it all - that was rooted in being punished as a child if I "didn't get it right." I was given adult responsibilities as a kid and expected to function like an adult.  I developed a mask to hide those insecurities and the fear of being punished.  I can't say all know it alls have those insecurities and wounds.  I did.  Maybe others do, too?  If you can see the wounded child underneath the adult suit, perhaps that will help? Good share. Thanks.

Kathleen, I loved your share. You seem very positive and its the positive that makes us strong. I am learning that even on bad days, I can find something with which to be positive. Paying it forward makes me feel good about me. If I can help one person just a tiny bit, then I'm helping me. We are all traveling this journey together and when one of us falls, we all stop and help that person up and continue on. As for the "know it alls" in this world, I have learned to "live and let live."

Take care of you, Kathleen, and warm those cold hands!!

Keep working your program, because it works when you work it!smile
