Hello, all.  I've received some e-mails of concern and learned there is concern at the boards as to my whereabouts.  Thank you for that.  I can say that I am going through some personal issues right now and have also reached a place interiorly where I'm simply empty with nothing to give.  I am doing my daily program work, exercising, being productive and doing what I have committed to in my personal life while I do what I need to do to preserve what energy I have right now.  It means a lot to know that I've been missed by those of you who have tried to reach me in some way or wrote at Cathy's thread.  I'm sorry my choice to stand down and out for awhile has caused some of you some angst.  (((hugs)))

Wishing you the best as you take a break from this board. Thank you for your es&h. Selfishly, I'll miss you here but I respect your choice and I do care about your well-being.

In my past, I found myself spending too much time in the chatroom here and needed to break away. After an inventory, for me anyway, too much 12th step work in chat was serving as rationalization for not living my life on life's terms.  I was avoiding uncomfortable things in my life which needed attention.  I strive for more balance now.

You are loved and I hope to see you here again only if it still feels right for you.
