alanon podcasts

I just want to let anyone who doesn't know, that itunes has free alanon podcasts that include different subject matters about alchoholics/alanon, as well as speakers. I downloaded the speakers, and i have been using them to help me go to sleep at night.

Just passing it on....

Blesings,

Lou

Thanks for the info. I have never listened to a podcast. This one sounds like a good place to start.

A bit more information.....

The nice thing about the podcasts on itunes, is that you can download them on to your ipod, so you can take them with you  biggrin.gif Perhaps that is possible with all podcasts, but I am not technogically savvy enough to figure out how. To find them, I went to the itunes (probably need to be registered) and put alanon podcasts in the search section.  Once downloaded, they did not automatically load onto the ipod with the music, however, and to do that, once your ipod is plugged in, you click on the button on the left for your ipod, then the tab above that says podcasts and choose the ones you want.  Of course you can also listen directly from there.

Hope that makes sense.  If not, if you have a teens in the house, its a no-brainer for them.

Thanks.  I will check that out right away.  I love listening to speakers.

I also download from a site called XA speakers.  I put those in my iphone to listen to too.

Good to know!  I have itunes because I actually own a teeny-weeny ipod shuffle, which is a good thing since I don't have any teenagers, lol. biggrin
